Overloads, Extremes, Revenants, PvP Armor, and more!

Okay so here are some highly anticipated updates, hopefully this will make some people happy.

map clipping
-The serversided clipping system has been massively tweaked to load higher revision data.
-Areas such as GWD, Corp, Chaos tunnels, and other new maps are now clipped for following.

extremes
-Extreme potions are now in the game, these can be made the same way as RS.
-Potion effects as same as RS, super potions have been tweaked aswell.
-These will not be tradable and are required for overloads.

overloads
-Overloads are now in the game, you can make them by using a torstol on all extreme (3)'s
-Overloads are able to be decanted and are able to be used all over the game (pvp too)
-The effect refreshes your stats every 15 seconds for 6 minutes or until death.
-The effect will stay active even if you relog for the remaining time.
-When you drink the potion, you will take 10 damage (5 times) and will get back 50hp when effect ends.
-96 Herblore is required along with 1 of each extreme (3) + 1 clean torstol.

revenants
-Revenants are now in the game, you can get there fast by using a Games Necklace
-All revs now have proper animations, defence, respawn timers, and drops
-The rev area is now level 10 wilderness, the portal to get in has a warning message.
-This also reintroduces PvP armor and weapons back into the game, finally haha.

in other news...
  • Games necklace now has more options and is now using the new dialogue system.
  • The Zombie Minigame is now fully functional again, you can now get to the waiting area.
  • All potion boost rates have been corrected to the proper formulas.
  • You can't drink an overload if your HP isn't atleast 50 to prevent death.
  • Mud runes are now a partially common drop from Infernal mages & Spectres.
  • Mud runes can be ground up into ground mud runes with a pestle & mortar.
  • Pestle and mortar have been added to the general store (for the mud runes).
  • All new potion config data has been added for name usages when making.
  • Grenwall spikes are now a partially common drop from armadyl boss + minions.
  • Ground mud runes and grenwall spikes are now stackable.
  • Extremes and overload potions will not be tradable.
