Adjustments
-> The Bank All button has been patched to been done instantly instead of in a queue, also you won't crash from doing it anymore!

-> Staking has been temporarily disabled yet again...

-> While fishing you use to get 2x fish everytime, now you'll have a 50% chance of getting double fish.

-> Slayer helm now has an extra +2 str bonus

Bug Fixes
-> I've fixed an npc slot issue that caused barrows/fight caves/etc to not spawn after a few hours of up time. (Barrows/Fight Caves shouldn't break ever again)

-> All the chat bugs have been finally fixed.
--> When would turn into
or when :3 would turn into :Y
or when you type a long sentence, it would cut off half way
