Alright so took a while to get this done since needed input from community. If these changes aren't okay they can be undone if demanded by popular demand.
- First off, the max hit formula's have been redone for melee combat. Tweaked them around for a few hours and are as close to rs as I could get them. Tested this aswell so it should be good.
- Turmoil now has it's own prayer functions and is now at 30% instead of 23%(same as piety)
- The freeze timer drain bar has been removed from PvP occurances such as fighting other players that are using magic. It will remain in place for PvM unless discouraged aswell.
- And a small one, mahogany chest added to item definitions so can be found while using bank search.
let me know what kind of updates you want, i have a list but they're not too exciting and everyone might want more important updates.
