• The v9.5 webclient is now live, and can be used, new cache directory to prevent issues.
  
• Combat with large npcs will now take their size into consideration, you can't attack while under them and you can attack from their borders instead of being under them.
  
• The Christmas Event has been removed as the holiday is over.
  
• The first teleport spells in the normal/ancient/lunar books now go to Varrock.
  
• The candy cane + rainbow phat are now in the item config file.
  
• The logout timer has been added back into the game due to mass afk.
  
• The thieving stalls will now face the correct direction when being thieved.
  
• The starter cash has been raised from 50k to 250k.
  
• You're now able to move items in your inventory while in the bank interface.
  
• Lunar armor now has a higher protect value (let me know if it's still not high enough)
  
• Wyvern's chances of dropping DFS has been boosted slightly.
  
• While fighting monsters, if they walk away, you'll now follow them.
  
• Aggro monsters won't flock to you anymore if you're already in combat in a single zone (pic: http://i.imgur.com/Abecrvv.png)
  
• Spirit shields + d plate drop rates lowered very slightly.
  
• The ROW glowing message has been removed to prevent confusion. Effect still works.
  
• You must now confirm dropping explosive potions in case you don't want damage.
  
• Men & Women have been moved south of thieving stalls to make more noticeable.
  
• New npcs around home now face proper direction on region load.
