k, well its basic and very easy to do however i'm wondering about wat people will think
so give me some feedback
heres the thing
[SIZE=2]my idea is to make players need a specific amount of posts needed to yell (::message) in-game, and players will be given the power to yell from mod+
==examples==
*player not on list trys to yell*
"Sorry you need more posts on the forums to use this."
"Contact a member of staff when you have ## posts."
*player on list trys to yell*
-msg is yelled sucesfuly-
PROs
-No more spammers
-More active forums
CONs
-Player confusion? (possibly)
