Double EXP Weekend is NOW ACTIVE until Monday morning (72 hours from now)



and some small updates

• vine whip now requires 70 attack to be worn
  
• frozen/dieing spam message will no longer show up when fighting freezing monsters
  
• wyvern bones prayer xp rates have been boosted even more
  
• thieving stalls exchange to gp rates have been doubled
  
• the monsters at ::train will now have frequent gold drops to help starters get some money
