Plenty of bug fixes with some small updates

First off, i've added 12 new clue scrolls! This should put a bit more of a challenge since they won't be on any guides for a bit.

Next, Player Titles. They were released with the client (v8.1) and will now save to your character file on logout. So you won't have to keep setting it back to your title every time you login.

Next, Smelt-X will now actually work instead of telling you that you're not allowed to cook the ore's.

Next, theiving has been moved to Ardougne, and the stalls there should now work properly.

Next, ::trade has been moved to the grand exchange location

now for bug fixes

- Shops is now at the old pkbox area.
- PKBox is no longer wild, is now shopping area
- PKBox clue crate fixed
- Edge dung clue chest fixed
- Edge dung ladders fixed
- Herb patch in canifis fixed
- Fountain at hero's guild fixed
- Water & Cosmic rune alters fixed
- Fire & body alter teleporting coords fixed
- :;skills has been cleaned up slightly. There were way too many plants.
- Varrock bank booths should work properly now.
- The webs at mage bank have been removed
