edit: bank withdrawing debugs and issues with withdraw-x/all are fixed

Updates/Bug fixes


- Spirit shield drop rates changed to give less rare ones more frequently.
- Animation system for monsters has been redone to make it easier to add new monsters.
- Herblore no longer will randomly start giving random potions while making them.
- Camo equipment is no longer stackable.
- MM teleport now actually takes you to monkey island.
- Grammar glitch for Bando Scim has been fixed while it's noted.
- Freshly made accounts are no longer able to stake before the 10 minutes.
- White 2H's are no longer tradable to help prevent the latest scam.
- Spawners can no longer fight monsters in the wilderness to prevent farming.
- A dupe has been patched.
