Small list of bug fixes for today

- All non-spawners will show on highscores now.
- Checking slayer tasks with gem won't show nulls anymore if you don't have a task.
- Duel arena bug/glitch has been patched. Declining won't make you lose items anymore.
- Chaotic charges lowered from 300k->25k per charge to reflect economy.
- Barrows repairing reduced 10% to reflect eco (400k-1m per item repair)
