Updates September 8, 2014

Here's some updates with what was on my list.

• mining issues are now fixed (tested)
  
• - mining multiple high ores would cause other ores to not respawn
  
• - mining an ore then relogging would cause the ores to not respawn for others in region
  
• smithing and smelting xp rates are now the same
  
• strength level up interface has been fixed again
  
• GWD Bosses and minions have been weaked quite a bit.
  
• - Prayer against bosses now reduced by 80% instead of 65%
  
• - All minions now max at 5 instead of around 10.
  
• Tarn won't give you XP for hitting you anymore.
  
• Barrows added to defence level book.
  
• All craftable runes added to runecrafting level book.
  
• Thieving and agility level books made.
