I always confused because when I always post things in general chat, mods move it to rants/complaints eventhough I meant that its an open dicussion...

Just to say, I think that going from a 3-day straight to 30-day ban is a bit much, and these things do happen often to people, maybe a 3 day, then 14 day, then 30 day, then perm?
