What about if we had 300+ before this reset and had already applied for in-game mod? Are we still allowed or not?

Well.. another reset couldn't hurt I mean.. if we wait till March we'll lose just as much players as another server reset. But this time we'll have to make sure this sort of thing doesn't happen again or that would be just ridiculous. Just my opinion. :3
